As a non-profit charitable organization, one of our goals is to work with our young athletes to better prepare them for “Life beyond Sports”. It is also the goal and mission of the Monarchs Sports Academy to provide a learning environment for our youth with in the Greater Sacramento Area, where they are taught the values of "Community Service". Our youth have learned the prinicpals of how to give back to their local community by, volunteering their time, talent and providing charitable assistance to the general public, for the betterment of the communities in which they live.

To date the Monarchs Sports Academy has educated hundreds of our youth about situations and circumstances that may have an adverse impact on ones life or community. In addition, the MSA has taught our youth how to become positive contributors to society. Moreover, it is our ambition to align with existing youth sport programs in the Greater Sacramento Area, in order to reach out to our young athletes such as: girl’s youth fastpitch, baseball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, cheerleading, and gymnastics and provide them with an opportunity to make a difference.

Lastly, if we can educate our youth and make them aware of situations and circumstances that have a negative impact in their community or in their life and how they can make a difference, then we have accomplished our goal. It is with this philosophy, which will benefit our youth and local communities.
